{"id":987,"date":"2019-09-09T20:08:11","date_gmt":"2019-09-09T20:08:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmujeryhogar.org\/en\/?p=987"},"modified":"2020-08-27T04:43:52","modified_gmt":"2020-08-27T04:43:52","slug":"women-and-home-foundation-missionaries-of-providence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmujeryhogar.org\/en\/women-and-home-foundation-missionaries-of-providence\/","title":{"rendered":"Women and Home Foundation missionaries of Providence"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>ABOUT US<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nWomen and Home Foundation missionaries of providence, are a group of lay people\nwho have been trained through the Social work of the Women and Home Foundation,\na non-profit institution, which has sup &nbsp;orted\nthe vulnerable population for more than 17 years, through programs and projects\nthat dignify the human being using the execution of these with a\nBiopsychosociolaboral approach, that is a typical method of the institution\nthat allows the reconstruction of the damaged social fabric to the most needy,\noffering the following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Community\nhome, Temporary home, Occupational and productive workshops, housing\nimprovement and basic sanitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\n2016, the Women and Home Foundation headed by our founder Dr. Omaira Buitrago\nbuilt an oratory at headquarter number 1 of the institution in thanksgiving for\nthe physical recovery of her son, from that moment a group of Prayers calls\n&#8220;Queen of Peace&#8221; is made and now days these brothers and sisters\nstrengthen and allow the growth in faith and works of the Women and Home\nFoundation. Our institution in search of strengthening this union and convinced\nthat the &nbsp; Prayer and service is surrender, it is blessed in 2017 to meet\nthe congregation of the Providence sisters and the immaculate conception, founded\nby Blessed Juan Martin Moye in the year 1762. In Colombia it is directed by\nMother Liliam Serna<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>MISSION<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This congregation after knowing our social and missionary work stars welcoming and supporting us at headquarter three of the Women and Home Foundation located in the Rancher\u00eda La Playa of the Alta Guajira, with evangelization activities to the Wayuu indigenous community and training to the missionaries of the foundation calling us &#8220;Missionaries Foundation Woman and Home providence&#8221; which seeks under the charism of providence, strengthen the spiritual and human needs of being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a\nChristian Catholic missionary group convinced that Divine Providence\naccompanies us, we work under the motto &#8220;prayer and service is\nsurrender&#8221;; reaching the neediest populations of spiritual nourishment and\nsupport for basic needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\nspread our love and gift of service with the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ,\nthe intersection of the Virgin Mary and all the Little Angels in the needs of\nthe entire world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>VISION<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\nwill be recognized as a spiritual and service model with providential charism\nthrough Catholic &#8211; Christian principles, and proactive, innovative and\nmotivating actions that allow the integral human and spiritual development of\nbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>OVERALL OBJECTIVE<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Work\nfor the neediest supported by divine providence, in order to improve the\nquality of life of the neediest, strengthening the spiritual and human needs\nthrough the evangelization and the physical, psychological and social\nintegration of the being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Develop evangelization activities to vulnerable populations favored by Women and Home Foundation and community in general, by studying the word and practice of sacramental life.<\/li><li>Develop missionary social projects based on respect and culture with harmonization of the Christian &#8211; Catholic faith.<\/li><li>To continually form missionaries in the providence charism and also prayers through pastoral and community activities that strengthen the spirit of the missionary.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1338,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[5],"tags":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmujeryhogar.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/987"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmujeryhogar.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmujeryhogar.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmujeryhogar.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmujeryhogar.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=987"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmujeryhogar.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/987\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2518,"href":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmujeryhogar.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/987\/revisions\/2518"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmujeryhogar.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/1338"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmujeryhogar.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=987"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmujeryhogar.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=987"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.fundacionmujeryhogar.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=987"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
